Detailed Description

  • Identify staffing needs of the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with global recruiters to understand the requirements of the roles
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, as deemed appropriate
  • Screening resumes, and performing over the phone and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with the relevant departments and administering appropriate company assessments
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of candidates who have relevant skills for the specific business unit
  • Provide appropriate business reports and trends analysis as necessary
  • Present company and opportunity in a professional manner
  • Complete administration of recruitment process, ensuring all hires are made within stipulated timeframes
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, policies and laws regarding employment practices
  • Manage administrative requirements to fill positions, to include updating applicant tracking system, spreadsheets and completing paperwork as needed
  • Keep in touch and build strong relationships with passive candidates who have relevant skills
  • Handling onboarding process of new employees


  • Over 5 years’ experience in HR operations and minimum 3 years in recruitment
  • Experience within a global organization is desirable
  • A university degree and/or a professional qualification in HR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches
  • Strong knowledge of technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and more).
  • Experience in or knowledge of IT sector is advantageous
