Job Description

In the morning, all ISM APAC-ers are always happy to see you in the morning and while some are rushing for a call, others enjoy a chat with you before starting with their work. Being the first point of contact for their matters gives energy.

With a big smile you welcome the first visitor of the day. He seems a bit nervous for his job interview. You comfort him with some small talk and you notice his nerves are dropping and becomes ready for the interview.

In the meantime, you make sure the lobby area is perfectly organized. And separate the high and low priority requests and manage that all relevant parties have the right information at the right moment. While walking around in the office you identify improvement area's and take necessary actions.

Because of your friendly chats with the people you have a solid understanding what is going on in their lives and jobs. So, in the end of the day, people share their day with you and you are the reason that they will smile again after having a busy and productive day at the office.

Reports to HR manager.

Requirements

 
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in a similar job 
  • Possess strong social skills & leadership potentail
  • Professional attitude and you are an expert with details
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Basic Microsoft Office literacy 
  • Prioritize and organize workload
  • Ownerhsip on office management
  • Experience in the IT sector is  preferable
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is  preferable
